The private Educare school in Istanbul, and the ÖSD examination center are operated jointly with p.i.d. concept GmbH (pid) in Düsseldorf, Germany. It is conveniently located next to the two bridges connecting the Asian and European sides of Istanbul. Our students and exam candidates can reach us via a nearby metrobus stop and a marmaray station.
Educare is a highly experienced and popular private preparatory school for the Turkish state university entrance exams. pid has been offering professional German lessons at levels A1, A2, B1 and B2 for several years now, with a focus on hospital nurses and doctors in Turkey. These healthcare professionals have to meet very stringent state requirements and those of university hospitals in Germany at level B2 and C1 respectively. pid specializes in human resources and consulting in the German hospital and healthcare sector. pid contributes its expertise in teaching German at the highest level to the joint ÖSD German language examination center. Most of pid’s German teachers are also certified ÖSD examiners. Thanks to the cooperation with Educare, the ÖSD German language examination center is also open to all external examination candidates at levels A1, A2, B1 and B2 and for German courses at Educare. For A1 and A2, the minimum age for German courses and exams is 14 years, for B1 and B2, it is 16 years.
